Recreational Gymnastics Class Descriptions
Parent and Me
12 months – 3 years
Parent and me classes are an excellent way to enjoy physical activity with your child as they develop important motor skills. Parents accompany children as they explore the gym and learn beginning gymnastics skills. Active hands-on parent participation is required. *Parents gradually become non-participants. Coach’s approval is required for non-participation.
Pre-School
3 – 6 years Co-ed Classes
Pre-school classes are co-ed classes for our younger, beginner gymnasts. Students must be able to stay with the class for 55 minutes. Parents are asked to stay unless children are totally potty trained. Children work on beginner developmental movement and gymnastics skills in our Pre-school Loft. The Loft is designed especially for children with Safety and Fun in mind using age appropriate gymnastics equipment and challenging adventures including a two story slide!
